Any Timberland boot wearers in the house?

So I have a size "8W" as printed in my shoe but its a tiny bit small. I am usually a uk 6/7 or eu 39/40. Are the sizing printed on Timberlands US sizing? There's no way these can be a UK8 they'd be huge on me...

Timberlands sold here are in U.S. Sizing. And men and woman's shoe sizes are different.

Ok but does this mean Timberlands made in the US have US sizing printed inside and in UK have UK size printed inside? Or all no matter where sold have US size printed on them?

Even though I'm in the US, I usually go by UK sizing since it's more accurate & constant between brands for me since UK 9 =

85M in LV

US 9.5 in Timberland, Allen Edmonds, Stacy Adams, Adidas, & Diadora

US 10 in Nike, Asics, Puma, Vans, & Oliver Sweeney

Ah yes I love my Timberlands. I used to mow my lawn in my purple ones. I have no yard work except sweeping my decks and front porch living in a condo. Boring sometimes when I need to be outside. That’s why I took up deck gardening 👍
