Some people wear high tight ponytails to achieve that, but the risk is stretched skin and possible hair loss over time.

In the early Hollywood days, Marlene Dietrich apparently did all kinds of things to pull her skin tight to appear more youthful, but the risks are the same as the high tight ponytail method:

To improve collagen in your skin, which could tighten your face a bit in a safe way, you could look into red light therapy. This site has some good devices, and they're more reasonably priced than most:

Weight loss and facial exercises can also help, though that won't really help with the removal of wrinkles. Also smiling more. A droopy face result if your face rests in a scowl more so than a grin.

Eggs. No seriously, eggs. You beat the eggs and then slather it on your face in thin layers until it starts to get hard and crusty. Leave it on for about half an hour and wipe it off.

Invest in a derma roller! It helps boost collagen, which fills in fine lines, so your face is more firm and plump. There are tons of positive reviews online by people who have noticed immediate results. You just have to stay committed. I've been using it for over 3 months now, and I've definitely seen a vast improvement in the quality of my complexion. Make sure you use it in conjunction with a pure Vitamin C serum.
