PayPal is generally considered safer due to its buyer protection and fraud prevention features. Paysafe, often used for specific transactions, offers security but may lack the same level of buyer protection. Choose PayPal for broader security and dispute resolution options when signing up for online services.

I don't understand what you're saying, you can just use your credit card number to pay if the website accepts paypal, you don't need to put in money

Pay Pal
Paypal can be linked to your bank account also if you want to set it up that way. Otherwise you need to talk with your bank because paypal isn't gonna help you out with that. There are so many types of debit cards, you can ask a lot of questions here but the real people you should be asking is first your bank then second paypal.
I've used paypal for a few years now and, knock on wood, no problemos.
Also it's not that you need to put money 'on' the paypal, it is directly linked to your debit card/account. So instead of going directly thru the bank, it goes to paypal...then paypal to the bank n it comes out that way...if that makes sense?

You're probably just a customer tho right? It's always safe if you're /buying/. As long as you either buy through a site that isn't too shady, or you ask the person to provide proof that they shipped it out. click to expand

it's univeral/international...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maestro_(debit_card)'
Maestro (stylized as maestro) is a multi-national debit card service owned by Mastercard that was founded in 1992.
Maestro logo used from October 6, 1997 until July 14, 2016. Still intact on its main website.
Maestro (stylized as maestro) is a multi-national debit card service owned by Mastercard that was founded in 1992
n Argentina, Maestro is the card used by the Banco de la Nación Argentina and other banks, mostly state-run or provincial banks.
In Brazil, MasterCard acquired the existing Redeshop service in 2002 and rebranded it as Maestro.
In Chile, Maestro debit cards are widely used, dual-branded with RedCompra, issued by the majority of banks (Santander issues only Maestro debit cards). They operate through the local Transbank and Cirrus network. Usually, Chilean Maestro cards have a small logo on the back of the card. Debit MasterCard cards aren't issued in Chile. Chilean Maestro cards usually are contactless.
In parts of Latin America, Maestro was known as MasterCard Maestro, and used a different logo.
so..
that's Mastercard. Spanish peeps go.. "whu— that means teacher" lol
