So, I'm on a quest to see how Muenster (The American cheese) is made... Can't find a course anywhere 😢 ... The reason I'm interested in how this cheese is made, is because I'm trying to compare it to the Munster-géromé (The French cheese)..... Bc supposedly the American cheese was made by the French immigrants who tried to imitate their cheese...
Anyway, I've been really interested in washed rind cheeses lately.... So do anyone have any suggestions on the American Muenster cheese courses—
*fingers crossed*

Anyone here tried it before? I'm doing it for 2 weeks, felt really good in the beginning and it does have its benefits, although I can't fully imagine that it's healthy or meant to.
