I've been on a mission to restore my body and get it used to eating certain foods again so I've been eating like a pig for the last month or so. It's so crazy that after a very strict diet I'm eating what I want whenever I want for the first time in like 8 years. It took me a good 2 weeks to get used to this.Last thing I ate was a melted cheese sandwich with a bunch of different types of salami in it and tomatoes.
I still plan to go vegan though after my system is repaired though. lol.

I just had a slice of toasted pineapple and coconut bread with lots of melty butter.
It was golden with a lovely dark brown crunchy cakey crust and the butter made it super moist with a salty tang.
It was sweet and delicious.
Accompanied by a full-cream mocha...

My just now meal, homemade spaghetti.
Fresh tomatoes and basil. I had to dice the basil and use a pestle and mortar..
Rich, creamy tomato sauce combined with sweet meaty sauce, the hint of basil - unmistakably provided the sweetness, the noodles were barely noticeable besides them slurping down my throat. The sauce though... DAT sauce was bomb.
My sauce recipe.
Fresh ground beef, 70% lean 30% fat. Fry that up with fresh garlic and sautéed onions and mushrooms. Cook till brown.
Add fresh tomatoes, I use mine pureed. I blend them with basil and a pinch of sugar in a blender.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook Noddles and pour sauce over as preferred.

Note to the above. Let sauce simmer for at least an hour or more for flavor. If you can leave simmering linger, the better it tastes as it cooks out the acitity of the tomatoes.

Hmm a bit greasy. I don't really care for kielbasa. It was juicy but the grease made it somewhat salty for my tastes. I mean it was normal saltiness--I'm just a bland non greasy eater. It was that porky texture--not sure how to describe it... Chunky?
