Well, I don't mean to brag..but

'Blackened Cornish Hens'

Servings: 4
Total preparation time: Depends on iq
Ingredients: 4 medium cornish hens, spices, parsley leaf, and .5 lb. stick of butter
Directions: Pre-heat oven to 475-500 degrees. Sanitize hands. Cleanse hens. Rub pan and hens w/ the stick of butter. Put the spices on the hen and place in oven. SET IT AND FORGET IT!!!. Remove hens for oven when the fire-man puts out flames & say it's alright to re-enter the house. Add parsley leaf and satisfy all.

Now, I hate chicken, but THAT was good..
