Guessing everyone here is a foodie. What recipes are the most complex you've had to prepare? Feel free to throw in recipes that may not be inherently complicated, but demanded more time because you made the ingredients from scratch (i.e. spaghetti when you've made the pasta by hand).

I personally will go with lobster bisque. I didn't have to boil live lobsters (that would've nuts), but depending on the ingredients you choose to use, lobster bisque has many steps. The cook time is easily a 3-5 hour process where you are constantly moving and checking different things. The result is simply gorgeous though and well worth the wait (just make sure to make a lot of it).

I'd say Classic Lasagna. It takes 3-4 hours to cook the sauce but it's worth the wait. I use my pressure cooker so it's half the time. 🙂

I've done some foods like Chicken Francaise 💣, Lasagna Fritta, Mozarella sticks, Potatoe balls (were a dissaster).

Chicken Francaise, nice touch. Yeah I messed up Mozzarella sticks and felt super dumb because I forgot to freeze the cheese before battering. So they barely held their shape.
