The Exotic Vegetable Challenge!
...it looks like this post will take some time for feedback. LOL 😄
hmm, I feel like Peanut butter Chex Mix... 😛
So, yesterday I went to the supermarket and my eyes got fixated in the beautiful green Spinach they had there. So, no exotic vegetable experiment for today. Instead I decided that for today's lunch I'll cook Spinach with Reb bell peper, Tofu, grated Mozarella and sesame seeds. 😛 *drools* Is it lunch time yet?!?!?!
