symptoms of Vitamin B12 deficiency
Apart from 'neurologic damage', Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to other variety of symptoms, which include:
- Fatigue
- Headaches
- Pale, yellow skin
- Gastrointestinal issues
- Inflammation of the mouth and tongue
- Pins-and-needles sensation in hands and feet
- Vision problems
- Memory loss
- Pins and needles or paraesthesia
- Loss of physical coordination (ataxia), which can affect your whole body and cause difficulty speaking or walking
- Damage to parts of the nervous system (peripheral neuropathy), particularly in the legs.
And if I eat plenty of
include:
- Milk
- Eggs
- Yogurt
- Fatty fishes
- Red meat
- Clams
- Fortified cereal
…and still have fatigue? THEN WHAT?
An no it didn’t HAPPENED.
It always been. I love to lay in bed. I am enjoying it. More than anything. I can do things laying in bed. Not just laying in bed…
But of course I wish I was more energetic or maybe not. I do t know. I had never been energetic.

Have you had blood work confirming it's B12 deficiency?
Not deficiency. My test is fine. No deficiency. However…I don’t think every doctor takes blood test the same way. Idkclick to expand

I'm a firm believer of prevention vs. medication
I'd suggest at least 30 to 40 mins of exercise daily for a boost of energy but you mentioned you love laying in bed so... I'll leave everything to the dxp folks in the medical field.
