So, tomorrow I'm running my first 5k ever! ...without any previous training whatsoever -hahaha! Stupid, I know. And it will probably be horrible. But... who cares! I mean, what's the worst thing that can happen? That I'm last? Well, I'm pretty sure there must be someone that's slower than me! ...there MUST be! =S

Anyway, any advice on what to eat the day before a 5k run?

dont eat anything!
lol just kidding.

the day before eat a lot of healthy carbs and protein, you want to store alot. you should also stay hydrated.
the day of. lots of carbs and protein, with salt(to stay hydrated) until 1-1.5 hours before the run(dont want to cramp up). good luck!

Thanks for the advice! I read somewhere that bananas are good before a race, so I had a few for dinner, drank lots of water throughout the day, and ate lots of nuts too 😄.

This morning I woke up very early (5 am) to have breakfast (PB&J sandwich, yummie!!! 😄) and also to hydrate enough and stretch before the run.

It was soooo exciting! I'm so doing it again!!!! 😄
