Gemini With a Lot of Earth Placements?

Is he supposed to be so calm? LOL. Being a Gemini I would imagine he would be more restless and exuberant but he's super laid-back and surprisingly tactile. Is this normal for someone with these placements?

My Gem has Cap rising (with fire/air personal planets) and he's anything but exuberant. He comes across as a Cap, very organized, methodical and goal orientated. Looks very serious, but when he smiles, it's genuine and his whole face lights up. He's got a sense of humour, but it's rather dry and sarcastic.

Very down to earth guy. Cooks, has saved all his life and invested wisely, looks after his boys part time, has just finished redecorating a house he bought last year and has an allotment where he grows herbs and veges for his family. As I told him, he's husband material 😄!

His Gem sun shines when he talks. Well informed and extremely bright, he can talk about any subject in the world. Sometimes he simply can't stop. Remembers all the details, including names of people he only met once several years ago (due to Mercury in Cancer, perhaps?). He's moderately social, part of several large groups/clubs, but has only few trusted friends. Dislikes texting and other superficial forms of communication. He's definitely a talker.

How's yours? And what are you, Taurus or Cancer? His boys are Taurus and Cancer!

PS: I see that you have a Sag rising, I do too! Never felt much like a Sag rising though lol.
