Geminis and Rapid Thoughts

Living in a house with two Geminis who have been very condescending to me and my ability to analyse has brought about this observation.

The Gemini mind is said to be running a never ending marathon. I find often time they would ask question and not even wait for you to respond before starting to talk or answer the question posed.

They always seem tense and you can literally see their attention going all over the place by following their eyes and movement of their heads.

This is most apparent whilst they are driving. They are always looking all over the place and need to keep the balls of their feet close by the break lest their distraction causes them to ram into another car.

I am wondering how common this is?

Are you sincere in your reasoning? If so, it's quite simple. We are the fastest thinking sign in the Zodiac. And by the time you figure out what's up, we're on to the next thing. Some quicker than others. The younger you are, the more likely that the Gem hasn't honed those skills yet. But, I do find it fascinating the focus on us. Don't misconstrue tension. It's just us running a mental marathon. Some people are intrigue by this gift (such as yourself). Others mistake it as nervous energy. Trust me, Gemini's are far from nervous. Just like a mental hummingbird. If that makes sense. Observe Donald Trump if you could. Or notice J.F.K. who was the worlds first speed reader for example. Or George H.W. Bush. Arguably the most powerful president of our time (Even though I hate him). Listen: A lot of people don't understand the simple equation of 2+2. Doesn't mean that it doesn't = 4.

i like to bounce things off others. i normally have the answer before i even ask someone else. other times it's a curiousity and i won't have the answer when i go to ask, but hearing the question out loud will help me answer it myself. i don't know about other gem's, but you will often find me talking to myself out loud for this very reason. i analyze things soo fast that i will come up with at least 3 different answers in mere seconds. sometimes hearing the question out loud will give that speed a boost.

yes, i am a very tense gem. i think it's cuz i am always thinking. always analyzing. i try to find an outlet cuz the more i think and analyze seems to make it worse. lol!

this is something i don't do. only for fear of getting into an accident. i refuse to talk on my cell phone, refuse to eat and i refuse to sight-see while driving cuz i don't want to be resposible for any accident.

I never said I found you guys nervous GeminiMind, it's just how you all look whilst running this marathon, gives me the impression of tension. I don't know how else to describe it.

i agree with geminimind we do have a rapid mind going at 100 miles an hour i would say... but that also comes with da fact that we are restless & sleep is needed.. most geminis i know like myself tend to spread themselves too thinly.. in other words we need 2 harness our energy so we can get much more done than other signs would do in 1 day🙂

SO true, I am now, learning to not be so "hard on me" through thoughts and actions, I would put myself way out there for others, more so than they would for themselves, now, I have to "think" again about it, and see when to back off, this applies to most anything I am doing, just now knowing when to quit for my own good and to be "easy on me" is a difficult self change........The mind is constantly at battle w/the heart and soul, never really resting like it needs. That is before all the other thoughts racing and energy just pouring out, next thing I know, I have just made all kinds of incredible things happen, usually for others, forgetting my own needs, then, there goes again, process starts..........I need a MONSTER now! LOL

this might tickle some of my fellow geminis.

one night, while "playing" with my bull, he asked me what i was thinking. i was playing with him and he said it looked like my mind was going a mile a minute and asked what i was thinkng about it.

I asked if he was sure.. might kill the mood for him...

I started talking about the hot new google phone... i was thinking about a show on discovery channel i saw about these really weird and odd people that lived in the nile, blah blah blah... he just looked stunned.


It doesn't matter what we are doing, you would be suprised at what we are thinking about and how rapidly we go from one thought to another. there is no explaining it, either you do it or you don't. just let us live in our minds, we will share what we need to, the rest, leave alone lmao
