Have a huge crush on Gemini. Can't tell if he only sees me as a friend?

I have the hugest crush on a Gemini at my work and I'm a Leo sun/Virgo moon/Aries rising. I don't know his though. Anyways, He always seeks me out and is hilarious to me. And he works so hard no matter if the task is small or big. I admire him alot for it, and it motivates me to work harder and venture out to new things. I can't help but have the cheesiest smile around him. And he is always so kind and helps me even if I don't ask. But I can't tell if he just looks at me as a friend lol.

He would always ask me questions and he complimented me when I was having a playful debate with his friend during break. Like he would keep saying I'm good at bringing up a point and that his friend can't do that.

Also, I usually just play hard to get and let him come to me. But I'll say hi first from afar when I see him but he won't say hi first. He'll just pop out of nowhere and start a convo.
