How is he "yours" if he wants you to see other people?
There are no "tests" you stupid child. Just red flags and bullshit behavior. Desperate hoes use "test" as a way to justify and tolerate such shitty behavior.
Strike that bullshit from your vocabulary immediately.

If Leo is telling you to see other people then their heart's no longer in it. Either you've given enough signals that you aren't worth the effort or the Leo has found someone more interesting who DOES appear more interested.
That doesn't mean you can't change the outcome but we would need much more background to give any advice.

Another Leo here to say it's a huge red flag. We Leos are actually kind souls and we don't like to admit failure. So this may be his way of breaking up with you. If he can make you step out of the relationship first, he won't feel bad about ending things. It's a cowardly thing to do, but that would be my guess without any background information.
Either way, it's not a good sign. Leos are fairly territorial and don't share our significant others. Also if a Leo is "testing" you he either has placements that are prone to paranoia, or he doesn't trust you and is preparing to leave anyway.
It's over , at least it is for now .. no self respecting Leo will push u to see other ppl .. he may have someone he's been seeing other than u
