Agreed. You can't really catch one. We're like feral cats. You just keep luring us onto the back porch with food and one day you might finally earn enough trust to touch us. Given enough time, we might start poking our heads inside the house and even come in for a while (if you leave the door open, mind you).

With that said, we do get hooked. We get hooked by our choice, on our terms and our timing.

Interview mode - oh yeah!! I've done that. Need to know everything, psychoanalyzing everything, figuring out your buttons, loving knowing the details of your past and how it has moulded you. The reason we get along with people is we adapt to them. We adapt to them by understanding them. Once we understand them, we can love them despite faults because we understand where the faults come from.

1) PAITENCE: don't force them to do anything or BECOME anything. just be you and let them do the decision making.Dont ever bring up the "what are we" talk. EVER. If you guys fight, even if you disagree with the way he approaches conflicts or what not...live and let live. Try to see from his standpoint and if you were him.
2) COMPROMISE: don't be stubborn...that would turn him off i think.be free flowing like water. adapt new ideas to alleviate pain and elevate happiness between the both.
3) VAGUE: My daddy always said "a smart woman keeps her mouth shut". very true. Your mind is the only place in this world that is safe. Don't let everyone walk in and out of there. keep certain things to yourself. Only state the necessary.
4) APPEARANCE: Even if he doesn't care about looks...it be nice if you all of a sudden colored your hair without telling him. or cutting it...or wearing something you NORMALLY wouldn't wear. He would take notice and think its new. little things like this i think would make a huge difference.
5) INSATIABLE SEX: I had problem dealing with this...but now im getting the hang of dealing with both twins .when where and how. Express how much you adore his body, then talk about something else non sexual. then go back into it. Laugh. giggle. flirt. play around. Spice it up once in awhile with new ideas. EVEN ANAL! lol. even if you guys don't do it often..the idea that you give no restrictions whatsoever is new. My bf said "once i feel there are restrictions i feel it will become routine"
6) CURRENT EVENTS: Politics, arts, theater, music, history, culture, new bars, new places to see. UPDATE HIM. HE"LL love it. Never go to the same place 2x. try to find new things to do. even if its walking around a park. BUT its a new park with a interesting history to it. SHOW Him talk about it. My bf is interested in a lot of things...architecture being one of em. I would incorporate a new hip bar with a twist of ambiance.
7) EXISTENTIALISM: study on it.
8) LOVING/ Caring: regardless of sign...any man would love to know that after a long day of chasing their ambitions and adventures with friends...family...or career wise. .that when all is said and done they'll have a sweet girl at home...cooking. Waiting to massage him, comfort him, be his muse
