How not to annoy you... but be more? Placements in msg

Ive been talking to this guy since the second week of November. I finally accepted his advances on the first week of December. I was getting over someone and wanted something comfortable/more than just a random hookup so I made that clear during our first date.

He seemed fine and said that after the holiday season, he actually gave himself a deadline? That he would be more available but we started seeing each other every weekend since that first date. The deadline (12/26) that he gave himself came and he kind of... apologized and said that he wasnt yet free and didnt think it could go anywhere. Ok... sucks but fine. Then later the next day... he asked me out and gave me a Christmas gift. Kinda confusing.

We connected that night (this past weekend) emotionally which we hadnt really before. Shared some vulnerable things. I asked what he would need to feel secure and he said "someone who is interested in him solely turns him on and someone who appreciates that hes extremely busy but when he makes time for them appreciates that". I shared what I would like. However... one thing we arent connecting on is texting. I like it. It reassures me that there is mutual interest there when we cant be together physically. He seems to not care to text but I thought... that when Gemini is interested in you, they talk to you a LOT. He's very practical & ambitious... so I believe that he has a Cap rising... or maybe Virgo but I dont know what time he was born.

I want to show him I am there for him; which for me would be texting/communicating, but not sure! Any advice is welcome. I also dont need to have the title yet but I did ask if he was seeing someone and he said no. I am not either and told him. I would like to be exclusive but feel like... hes more casual and taking it day by day and I prefer that for now... but want to be closer/more connected but since we seem to be moving in a positive/happy direction.

If you don't know his tob, his moon could actually potentially change too.

As for advice, idk what to say, it's too new. He was giving you mixed signals initially. See that. Let him make the advances go see where this goes.

Gemini men, when interested, are very aggressive in my experience... I'm sure even more so if he has Aries moon.

Thank you for your response! He is always the one to ask me out and he is very aggressive when we're face to face. Chatty and charming but he just seems to not really care much for texting unless its to meet up/make a plan or SOMEtimes to say hi... but usually its just to see if I want to go out.

And hmmm... I do not know his time of birth... and when I asked him he just said "early morning" so... not sure. I agree that its too new and I need to slow down.
