How to make gemini friend

I am not sure how best to ask this. but I have a coworker I am having issues with. I am really struggling. at first she wasn mad at me.. then she forgave and she keeps it so formal. I cant get an ounce of informality. our first conversation seems great. we shared Birthday dates and all that. I must have said something she didnt like on that conversation becauee after that conversation it went down hill.

I cant gt a number or even go on break. she says she prefer to chat Via the office IM.

I am so lost.

fellow Gemini what will u advise I do. I may be leaving the company soon and she is a like a great person. i will like to be a friend.

can u give an example of the issues you are having with her,or why she got mad at you?

maybe you're just trying too hard, just talk to her normally and treat her like a friend. Have some friendly banter, be kind and she'll definitely become friends with you. And also as many people have already said let her know you're leaving
