I am a firm believer in "we attract what we project". Just focus on working on you and you wouldn't believe the things that could happen! 🙂 I find that the more we focus on finding "our other half" in someone else, we lose sight of who WE really are. I have found that when I focused on finding that "other half" within myself and stayed positive in all that I do, things just fall together. 🙂 Including finding "the one". 😄

Hang in there! I was 39 when the aqua and I found each other for a second time in life. First time was when we were 15, but neither of us were ready. 🙂

That is good advice my friend! I don't necessarily have two sides to me one hidden away. I just hold back emotions some times for fear of rejection. But I am getting better about it trying to accept that even if it comes out wrong, the right person will understand what I mean.



P.s. to all: one good way to know your in love is when your bf calls u in the middle of the early morning and says "babe, I got in a fight", his phone dies out, and you have a feeling of cardiac arrest coming on. Not knowing where he is to this hour at 946 am.

It's all a matter of insecurities.... You'll have to probe and analyze why you feel certain ways in certain situations. And always keep in mind that feelings are never wrong! There are only misunderstood circumstances that lead us to react with feelings. 🙂

Just alil over a year ago... I had so many insecurities and they would effect my every day life. (I am a recovering agoriphobic....) After searching and searching within myself of the "why's" and how to change my thinking patterns, was I finally able to heal. I now can walk out of the house, go wherever I want, and talk to strangers without having an anxiety attack. 🙂

Clause: I do know that my example is an extreme....
