Naughty Child

Were you a "good" kid or were you naughty? When you got punished, what was it usually for?

I was a very well-behaved child. The serious trouble I got into was usually for "sassing", or "talking back". I guess being lippy was a grave offense in my household. I wonder if they ever realized the futility of trying to force a Gemini to shut up!

I was the "ideal child." Straight-edge, straight A. I grew up with 8 siblings, second to youngest, so I had a loooott of time to observe the things my older brothers and sisters got in trouble for and learned very quickly not to go there. However, like you, the only things I got punished for was voicing my opinion. If I didn't agree with you or felt that you were abusing your powers(DUH! All parents abuse their powers! lol), I would let it be known and point out your faults and fallacies. It wasn't that I cared to always be right, I cared more that things were fair and justified. haha oh bother...

No other Gems out there ever got in trouble?

Me too Wineaux! I was the child who would try/do almost anything. In High school I was wild, drinking and constant parties. I always got caught and grounded. But sure enough, the first day off from grounding I was back at the parties. I would literally think to myself, "I know I'm gonna get busted but it's so worth it and I will party my ass off tonight" . I was also a smartass so that didn't help matters. I don't know how my mom put up with my shit, she too is a Gemini. I swear I was grounded most of my sophmore and junior year lol.

But one thing my mom told me recently was that no matter how much of a smartass I was or how much or how strong willed I was, whenever I was around company like my parents friends or my dad's work colleagues, I was always well behaved. She said she was so thankful I knew how to morph back into a normal sweet kid when it would possibly embarass the shit out of them if I didn't behave.

i was a good kid. i was quiet and always kept to myself. when i did get into trouble it was cuz of something my sis did and blamed me for it. lmao!
