Out of sight, out of mind?
For me it's out of sight, out of mind.
Example: My ex (who wanted to remain friends) pretty much has down sweet fuck-all in regards to actually staying friends. She doesn't call, she doesn't reply to texts. It seems a huge effort for her to even acknowledge my existance... which is her own downfall because as time goes by I care less and less about her and eventually if it continues she'll end up being forgotten. That's just how I am. She wants to be out of my sight? She'll end up out of my mind...

Out of sight out of mind. I have never grown fonder of someone just because they weren't near me. Probably why LDR never worked for me...
