Pacing with Taurus-Gemini Cusp Women?

A few weeks ago I met this woman online. We chatted for a bit, swapped phone numbers, and eventually met up last week for the first time. We share a ton of interests, and generally have a lot in common but have plenty of differences too. The entire night went by without any hitches, and it was a really fun evening. At the end, I asked her on an actual date, and she said that sounded really great. She works erratic hours, and every day until this weekend.

We're going to meet up this coming weekend at a convention in our town, and her exact words were, "We'll figure out what's going on with the hotel room situation, since you have one and my friend has one."

We've continued texting back and forth lately, and it's been slightly flirty, but I'm wondering what the pacing is with women of this type? My usual pacing is rather flirty early, and it accelerates pretty quickly, and I from my time so far with her, I really like her quite a bit.
