Sparked some thoughts..
Non-verbal communication titillates my mind more than verbal communication.
For the most part, I think I already have a seed I planted in my mind. It's only a matter of, who waters it every now and then?
Non-verbal for me is like collaborating to make a masterpiece, interpretation is endless. It's universal.
I just find words to be so limiting, too many bridges to cross and you still can't find the exact words to describe how you feel.
Do we get affected on what was said or how it was said?
Do we remember the words or how moved we felt?
How do our feelings change if those words were translated in another language?
Words.. it doesn't come alive unless there's a voice behind it.
Even when you read it in silence, whose voice do you hear?
Maybe it's the sound that we hear- audible or imagined, which stimulates our brains rather than the words.
How do we interpret words, in another language, that we cannot understand?
I lost my train of thought.
Oh yeah. If someone wants to crawl inside my head, sweet talks won't suffice.
