anyone who can afford to buy a new BMW with their tax refund must pay a hell of a lot of taxes. I pay more than the usual person (pay quarterly taxes), and yet, my refund was only around $ 2,400. Hardly enough to buy a new BMW or any new car for that matter.

Maybe if i reworded what I actually was trying to ask.. Do you often spend more beyond your means on yourself because you feel like you don't do enough for yourself ; knowing well enough it's not in your budget to do so?

^^^^ nah...spoiling myself from time to time is just fun. But I wouldny use money that I needed to keep my house running or children fed to buy a car............especially not a shitty BMW...LOL
