Any answer is just a shot in the dark with these kind of questions and particularly without any further background information. How do you know this person? Has there ever been any sort of relationship between you? Did you do something to make him stop speaking to you? Are you, in fact, sure that he is still alive? Did you write by email, letter, text? Are you sure you have the right address?
