Once at work I saw a lady and then again recently I saw a younger male standing in my door way!

I believe there is an explanation for everything. Most humans would use the idea “it’s all in your head” because it’s easier to cope with, and makes more sense. Billions of humans will never see a spirit, and there is no scientific data to prove it’s true. There is no data proving it’s false either. That’s the problem, no data. It’s all based off of point of view. Maybe you do have some kind of ability to see spiritual entities. I’m not you, so I can’t says it’s either true or false. If true I can only imagine how annoying that would be. I hear weird noises, and have strange things happen every now and then. I try to use logic to prove it was nothing, and by me believing it was actually something is just me fooling myself. I tend to fight fear with aggression. Like when spooked my first reaction is to fight for my life rather then run. Maybe that’s why spirits don’t visit me. To see something physical though, that’s a whole other level. I only experience spirits in my dreams. They never manifest themselves in to reality. Only when I drift away and enter their world for guidance. Something my conscious self can’t really understand.

How do these spirits look like? Are they those shadow figures that rapidly appear in the corner of your eye?
