Posted by NevermoreInteresting, I've never seen the cord for the brake inside the bike itself. Any time a brake cord wasn't in sight, it was because the bike had coaster brakes.
The cord from the handbike looks really publicly instead of putting it inside the bikesteel, Not that it's the look.. it's unpractical to me. Not sure where you coming from, but if this bike would be the option to fix it, then by all means.
It looks like a city bike, (duh, it's public).. But having 7 speed gear seems really comfortable.
The rest, it looks kinda stable. It can hold of. I wonder how's the seat goes.
Are you also planning to buy the rear rack with spring clip too? It would be handy too (Plus the lock too!)

I plan to buy a new one, and I have a few characteristics I'd like in my new bike:
1) step-through, vintage look
2) red in color
3) multiple speeds (minimum of 7)
4) fenders & chain guard
5) rack, basket, light (can add-on)
6) comfortable saddle
I've been browsing online and I came across these BEAUTIFUL bikes, PUBLIC Bicycles. Anyone own one?
I would like to buy this bike in red, and just purchase the accessories with it (along with a helmet, because I'm a safety nerd.)

I LOVE the color and the retro look. So classy and shiny. *^___^*
What do think? Which bike do you own? Do you enjoy riding it?
