Very kick ass cardio exercise that actually kicks your ass. I use to do diamond push ups which I saw a crossfit youtuber do. I'm keeping my eye on crossfit just really haven't decided when I was gonna fully start it.

Yeah! I love diamond pushups, use them in the p90x programs as well. I like how crossfit is a total body focus, and endurance/strength. I found when I did barre (and I still love barre and don't think anything will beat the burn when you pulsate your legs for minutes on end) my pullup strength got weak but I will still do it when home and don't want to go to gym.
What's your reason for crossfit interest?

I like to indulge into new exercise regimens that I never partaked in before.

Hey all! I am finally deciding to do crossfit, I love exercising and do so 6 times a week, mostly a mix of cardio (HIIT/intervals) and strength (hypertrophy exercises, deaccelerated methods) and always throw in some yoga/pilates. I love programs like p90x and usually sub in what doesn't work for me with something else. Although my muscle mass went up and my BF% is at an all time low, I am feeling like I am plateauing, and want to focus on flexibility/balance along with strength/endurance.
I want to know does anyone do crossfit? Wants to do crossfit?
How is is transitioning from just a regular gym to crossfit? And is crossfit really more injury prone (I know a lot of the articles that say that have little evidence.)
