For any of you who intend on losing weight the quickest and hardest way possible. Not a lot of people do this because it's brutally hardcore. It's funny because sessions usually only last 20 minutes and you can burn fat so damn fast it's not even funny. Problem is the rest of the day you'll be incredibly tired hahahaha!

I do this every Sunday to stay fast and lean.

DK - I have heard this type of activity is really good. It is kind of like Plyometric drills....goes from high intensity to dropping. One guy told me that sprint, walk, sprint, walk was great because it gets your heart rate is going up and down. However if I fall over from exhaustion and sending my heart into shock will you come rescue me? LOL 😛

Heck if you drop I'll even be there to pop the IV into your arm let alone carry you to the hospital hahaha! It's incredibly rigorous and only a few people can go through with the advanced levels of HIIT. I prefer the sprint, dash, sprint, dash method. I used to do an extensive amount of plyometrics last year but needed to compound all of it into one short blistering workout due to time constraints so I just stuck with HIIT. Also, you;re damn lucky! You get to live in friggin' Denver!

Because Denver is in my Top Ten of "Places Where I Want To Live Someday" list. I know for sure that once my roommates move out, finish school or go back home I'm moving no questions asked to somewhere, wherever really. Probably end up throwing darts at a map and end up going where it lands.
