I always found it pretty selfish and shameful that fat people are wasting medication made for diabetics because they can't help themselves from being hogs.

And some of them not even fat. Like the op said they lazy. These youths in our world are trifling. If I had a dime for every youngins to cry home to their mom's when I was their age in boot camp working and sweating my butt off in the summer heat and freezing my bones off in the winter AND going to the gym working out every single day id be a rich man cus they couldn't handle what I done in my prime. And ain' been no such thing as ozempic back in my days.

With the side effects of Ozempic, it's somewhat mind boggling that people would take it outside of medical needs.

In other words: "you're a fat f*ck, go eat a carrot" ??

I mean, I'm glad you've found the solution to your weight problems. Others have found it in ozempic.

I find there's a certain over-reliance on medication in Canada and US.

Here in the US they 100% want to sell people something that just adds an equal if not worse problem to every problem. When it comes to Ozempic it wasn't made for weight loss, but people with diabetes. When I quit drinking alcohol people recommend taking benzodiazepines to help with the stress and axiety, which is a super addictive medicine for axiety. I was like "Or I could just start going for walks and rewiring my brain to do what it's naturally supposed to do."

It's no surprise people here are like that though. You will have 10 fast-food places wanting to charge $ 10+ to eat actual trash, then have 5 gyms in a row that want to charge you a membership to get healthy. On the radio you will hear ads about a local casino, followed by a number to call if you have a gambling problem. It's honestly crazy. They sell you a problem, then sell you a program or products for the solution. When in reality the solution at least in my opinion is to take control of your life and actually try to organize the tangled wires in one's mind.

I can relate. I smoked 2 entire packs a day, then quit cold turkey. I actually quit smoking twice. First time was 2 years, and now its been 5 years without tobacco. I still occasionally dream I'm smoking though. Its crazy how that stuff actually imprints itself into some people's minds.

I don't do well with substances. It's not only like that with drugs, but just anything in life. I've always been the all or nothing type of person. Sometimes to the point of actual obsession. If I would have got into harder stuff as a teen, I would probably have overdosed and died by now. Alcohol tried, but that substance can stay out of my life also.

If you're on creatine you just need to eat more and lift more but you're lazy.

He's likely referring to the supplement but you can get creatine from red meat and seafood. I was jokingly asking if I was considered lazy as a big seafood fan without the lifting (I do hiking and biking).

I never touched drugs. I only took cannabis twice and I laughed my ass off.. that was too weird for me. I drank gin tonic and it burnt me.. i took wine and I didn't quite like the taste..

The only thing I am struggling with is smokin' and I have a reason. I simply need to numb down my nerves.. i think i am just like the op.. "high-strung".

To be clear im not judging people who are overweight taking it. But the ones who are not but just want to be size zero have no idea what they are doing.

Eating disorders are not pretty. They cant get it into their heads that they are not meant to be that size and their body will not thank them for it. They dont look good.

Your body only looks good at the size its naturally meant to be at its best.

If you are attaining a size through under eating... guess what your hair will fall out your skin will look awful your teeth will fall out your face will be puffy. You will prematurely age.

This was sharon osbourne before

It also makes you more prone to becoming anorexic. She isn't being honest. Ozempic doesnt affect your metabolism it affects appetite .. she isnt eating. She has admitted that she doesnt eat for at least three days a week. She is anorexic. The ozempic affected her appetite and maybe made her more prone to being anorexic but she isnt being honest with herself.

Ozempic puts people at risk of becoming anorexic imo.

Fasting for 3 days a week is anorexia.

https://www.ladbible.com/entertainment/celebrity/celebrity-news/sharon-osbourne-weight-loss-ozempic-048534-20230928</a>

Ozempic isnt made to make larger people who were meant to be larger look size zero. Half of that is to do with bone structure anyway.

This isnt ozempic its anorexia driven by drug that has caused a mental illness and no one is being honest with her probably because they dont care if she gets ill .

The delusion is bizarre.

Can you imagine if I said I dont eat three days a week?? people would rightly freak out.

Im tiny i cant imagine going one day without food. If i have to fast for bloodwork i freak out.

Women need to be educated about how much bone structure leg length versus torso length affects how you look.

I think we should also blame the doctors who are prescribing it left and right and big pharma who are promoting it

Nah I think ozempic should be banned for non diabetics. It should not be easy for just anybody to get excess to it without proper medical proof. It can be deadly for those who don't have diabetes so the manufacture or doctors pharmacies or whatever is not at fault here. At least not at fault for sales but are at fault to selling and providing them to just anybody.

Her film producers and her friends and families need to start caring and step in because if any of them can clearly see that she's killing herself slowly they'd try to step in and help her. Is she on ozempic? That's slack to look at. Her face done took on a whole new bone structure. And yes women do need to start educating themselves.

I don't know what it is but it seem that those having long thin narrow faces eat more than those with big chubby faces without gaining weight. That's something I've discovered long ago.

Facial fat relates to high cortisol sometimes, which also distributes lots of fat to the belly

True but I also think metabolism play a major role in this too. Like if your metabolism is slow you tend to gain weight easily and much quicker than those with fast metabolism. Fat people don't need to eat much to gain weight because their metabolism is slow as a turtle. What they need to do is get out there and exercise and start eating small portions here and there. Skinny people whose metabolism is too fast can eat and eat everything on the menu all day and night still not gonna put on weight as much. Those are the ones need to hit the gym and do lots of weight training. Lots of heavy weights too.

I find the reason many are having trouble with weight loss is because diet and exercise are both temporary means to an end for them. They set a goal, forces themselves to stick to diet, and forces themselves to go the gym. The moment they reached the goal, they lose the motivation and then old habits resurface. Then they gain the weight back.

It only works if the food they eat and the exercise they do is not just for the purpose and duration of weight loss, but rather is what they normally do everyday. Metabolism and genetics are also factors but that's beside the point.

Unhealthy people make healthcare more expensive than it already has to be. People don't necessarily have full control over how healthy they can be but health issues like obesity are manageable with discipline.click to expand

I don't think its that easy though. This is such a strange thing to get hung up on. click to expand

Well the expensive healthcare part is not really that strange to get hung up on...or in Canada's case, lousy healthcare...

Its lousy here too now. It was good but its been gutted lately and looks like they intend to ruin it so they can privatise it.

It is pretty weird though to look at a select group and say fuck you, you're the problem. Particularly a group with type two. OP is often moaning that shes a hard gainer and dare I say it has never posted a photo that inducates any substantial progress, does she realise there are people who are the oposite?

Instead of taking Ozempic, wouldn't be better to just replace sugar intake to honey or sugarcane (chopped > blend > squeezed) then add it to your cake, tea, or bread?

Or simply just cut the intake..

I wonder though as your profile pic doesn't speak about u being fat..you may ask or assume it for another person that you think may need this thread?

Previously you did talk about exercise.. i also wonder who is the person behind this thread u made?

For me, I am quite the opposite. My no-go substance is salt because I have high blood pressure.. :/

Note: I am chubby and I am lazy to exercise ..

My warning sign is coffee and cigs lol.. not cake. I saw ur comment talking about mudcake. Sounds like woodstock fest to me ..
