low/carb- no/carb free lifestyle

title speaks for itself... starch has been my friend for a while but now we must part ways and visit each other infrequently. I like to snack so any good low carb snack ideas?

You can go low carbs, just don't cut them out completely. Your body does NEED carbs to function, all you gotta do is choose quality carbs. People usually go one extreme (too many) or the other (none at all). Carbs aren't bad, it's the quantity in which the majority of americans consume them that make them "bad." Remember, your body functions mostly off of carbs.

As far as snacking goes, it can be as simple as a piece of fruit or making a quick wrap. Fill the wrap up with some veggies and hummus, drizzle with balsamic. Noms.

Another thing to consider when shopping for snack based stuff is that if you choose carbs that have high fiber. You don't have to consume a lot to feel full for awhile. Example - oatmeal. With fruit.

That's about all my brain wants to muster atm.
