Odd thing that has been happening.

Every morning I am awakened by a loud swooshing noise in my ears. Its way off beat so I hope it isnt my heart beat. Its only when Im laying down and waking up. Its very loud and concerning me. I've read about Pulsatile tinnitus, but this only happens in the morning. Has anyone else experienced this?

Looks like it could be caused by an iron deficiency. Which makes sense since I've mostly given up meat and dairy.

When i was a kid i somettimes used to hear a swoosh sound when waking up. It kinda sounded like an oval rotating in my ears.

As an adult, when i exeprience loud screaching in nightmares i get loud ringing in my ears when waking.
