I just had a question regarding my rampant appetite!
After eating my meals, two hours after I am STARVING.
I work out everyday (cardio and weight training), I have my protein and my fiber down pact and my meals come every 3 hours. It does seem easier to not feel hungry when I'm busy, and my two hour workouts don't get interrupted by hunger unless it goes on for 3 hours...I have my protein shake/bar 30-40 mins after. I just finished eating:
Whats going on guys? I've tried googling it, and all I see is your not getting enough... That meal consisted of roughly 33g of protein, and give or take 30g of fiber...so odd! If anyone can bring some insight into this, please let me know!
To help with that, the best you can do is eat a small concentrated meal right at two hour then, if you need to, go back to working out low impact until you digest a bit. The shakes are possibly not balanced enough toward you. Try a steak shake: blend a steak with pinto beans. Either drink this or use it as a topper for brown rice. Add dehydrated fruit and a side salad of spinach and pine nuts with a red vinegar dressing. Measure the exact amounts you need through nutirtion data counter/protions section. Hope that helps.

4 Crisp Rye Crackers
4 Thin Slices Turkey Pastrami
4 Thin Slices Havarti Cheese
1 Plum
1/4 Cup Sunflower seeds
