Okay, if you are anything like me, I have to mix up my strength routine about every three weeks to keep the muscle confusion going and also to help keep bordem at bay. I found this great ab routine that I absolutely love I did the complete workout at the gym yesterday morning. Here is the article "Thrash Your Abs". What he says about what we put into our body makes a HUGE difference. Why bother working abs if you don't watch what you eat.
