Okie, I'm looking to take my fitness routines to another level by focusing on my core, specifically abs. I have a flat tummy, but it's now kind of soft, and I want the awesome six pack as a change.

I plan to try the following routines, Jillian when I have the luxury of time, and then the 10 minute video when I am more pressed for time. I always have alternate routines with varying time so that I have zero excuses to not for a workout in. I also have varying levels of intensity to fit my mood, but I'm looking to kick my own arse...erm, stomach, in this case.

I want to do this purely out of vanity and the need for a new challenge. Anyone else looking to get a six pack (besides the kind you get out of a fridge)? 😄

I plan to do these, and then alternate with YogaX (because it has the yoga belly segment) when I need variety. Running, tennis, Zumba, and riding a bicycle won't count - I'll still do one of these in addition to the other activities.

Happy soon-to-be-summer (I am feeling the burn!)

Besides your work out it also has to do with your diet. Cut carbs and processed sugars and you'll see results quicker.
Great point!

I'm good with sugar, but I can be very bad when I get my cravings, heee! I am making it a goal to cut back on sugar by curbing my cravings through willpower (I love fruit and eat it often). I ditched soda in 2008, but I will drink ginger ale once in a while which isn't really all that better. I love organs juice, but perhaps I'll stop that and eat more oranges, instead.

I also want to cut cheese. I've found that when I became a pescatarian three years ago, my cheese intake rose. © I need to also lay off the bread. My BF's family owns a bakery, so perhaps I'll limit my bread intake for when they offer me fresh bread when I visit. Otherwise, I won't eat it. 👊ðŸ½

It's mostly diet, super strict. You can exercise until you're run into the ground but if your diet isn't clean and perfect, you'll never get abs. Not trying to be harsh, it's a cruel reality I play wth well myself.
No, you're absolutely right. I'm totally not phased by it because I do watch what I eat. I just have to be stricter with myself with regards to my cravings, like fries. OH MY GOSH, FRIES!

I have a fast metabolism (thanks Gemini dad!), so when I cut out bread (no meat besides sea food, no soda, and no sweets), I got very close to a six pack just by doing yoga and YogaX.

I am determined, and when I set my mind to a task, I almost always kick its ass so hard...👊🽠Now I'm really fired up! 😆
