When you get anxiety do you ever get a hot tingly sensation In your face and ears? I have it now and it won't fucking stop! How do I make it go away?

Posted by outofdarknessI'm at work right now. I can't even focus on work. It came out of nowhere
My left eye twitches when my anxiety gets to a critical level. That's when I go home, put on some John Coltrane, and crack open a good book.

Posted by Scorpio84It's weird because I've felt pretty relaxed for the past couple of days. Today I was a bit more anxious, but then before lunchtime, I just got hit with anxiety. Idk what triggered it. I feel like I'm picking up my boss' emotions. She didn't come to work for 2 days because she had a severe panic attack and doctor told her not to come. I think she's giving me anxiety
What thoughts have ocurred at same time? or were you worried about something else before?

Posted by thecrazyariestaurusYep my social anxiety is like that it's sudden it's almost like my social battery dies and I turn back into myself and I'm like WTF and panic my blood feels like it stops warming and my insides feel cold and my ears start to ring , And it's all so casual nobody ever even knows I'm freaking out. I try to duck off to myself or I twist my class ring around my finger it always calms me down; because those exercises don't really help me another thing to do is imagine yourself being somewhere else and try to tune everything and everyone out .
