Messages not going through

When I try to DM someone new my message dun’t get sent. The page says ‘Message sent successfully” but the message ain’t in my Outbox.

Why is this happening?

Usually means they have their messaging turned off.

Usually means they have their messaging turned off.

But when I go to their profile I see the message option. That’s where I’m doing it from.

The message option is probably just a standard part of the template. There are varying message options, one being from people you follow only.
