2. Am I being automatically logged out after a certain amount of activity-less time on the site? It's super fine if I am, I'm just curious. And if so, why?

3. Could I trouble you to e-mail me my password for my donkeybutter account? I promise, this time I will write it down and save it in one of my stash boxes. 🙂

Here's the dizo:

1. Hopefully by the end of the month this functionality will be available on the site. I suppose you could email me your new password and I could change it.

2. I'm not sure what's causing the logging out, I wish that I did.

3. There's a forgot your password link on the login page, so you could have your password sent that way.

4. Double spaces don't work, it's more of a HTML thing, but kool is just the name of the dog who answers the phones here.

If I ever can afford to call anywhere as far away as Minnesota, and if I have something really profound and intelligent to say or perhaps something I need to ask someone, such as, "derrrr...can I have a new password?" (lol), then I will be sure to remember to ask for Kool. Kool sounds interesting...too bad he's a dog.
