i wanna be a paperback writa, paperback writa

we tread more towards pg-13 and lots of death w/ some violence.
is it a news story or a column? (we could really use a guest column, it's been about a year...) feel free to submit it and we'll take a look.
ooh, ooh, ooh! If you could really use a guest column, I could really whip one up...I can't guarantee you'd like it, but I'm learning that life is mostly about putting yourself out there and hoping for the best. Is there a specific topic you'd like...columnized? There are many things I could write about. Oooh, we could do an "Ask Arizona" thing; people could write in with their questions and I could answer them! Or, whatever you want! Doesn't have to be that.

How would I go about submitting a story to the dxpnet administrators? (you are called administrators, aren't you?)
What can it include and what is too risque? Or, should I just go ahead and submit it and if anything needs to be tweaked you can send it back with notes about what should stay or go?
