I can see why libra and leo get along. At base, we are pretty much similar. Having dated several virgos ... let's just say ... they lack the sense of play and fun fire and air can bring to each other. I really believe libra and leo at least inspire each other and push each other to achieve more. There is also a lot of chemistry and attraction.

I have not found that with earth or water signs. They tend to be more negative and critical which kills my sexual attraction.

Of course, I am speaking as a libra not a leo. But air and fire are suppose to go together.

I haven't really met any water or earth guys I was really attracted too. I also find they misunderstand me and don't just get me.

hehehe, yeah, being gotten is great. and i do feel that air and fire understand each other very well in key ways. fire-fire matches too. but i really think that, because certain fire traits are restrained in leo, there is a lot of potential with certain water and earth signs too. personally, as you probably know, i get really attached to cancers. i also have good chemistry with virgoes (surprise), capricorns, and taureans.

air signs understand my intellect more readily and completely than earth signs (usually), and they are definitely more spontaneous, which i love. fire signs and i just understand each other SO well in almost everything. but i still get the sense that it lacks some depth, though, no matter how close we are, whereas with earth and water, i don't get that feeling.

cancers and virgos are ajoining sign sympathies. This is why most of my friends are virgos, libra, and scorps. I am starting to meet more air signs actually which is nice.

i know for a fact i'm the homemaker type, and i'm not gonna make any attempt to cover it up because it's "too traditional" (despite what the article says about not wanting to show it). that doesn't mean i want to settle down right this minute, but i know that my happiness is going to be in having a healthy, happy family, and a place i can truly call home. not that my career isn't important to me, because it's very important to me, but when i'm older, i know for a fact it'll take a back seat to family.

from the description you gave of the leo women you know, it sounds like we live in completely different worlds. it's interesting to see the differences in the way we've evolved (for me, anyway), despite both being leos.

that's what makes it difficult to really capture the essence of a sun sign. because there are so many other factors to consider. i'm not gonna give up though! 😛

hehe...i usually have that attitude too, in all honesty. and i don't think it's a bad thing to have that confidence and know your worth (although some may consider it cocky). it's just in this situation i do feel bad. i know this guy is amazing (and who better to make me question my actions than another leo who shows all the traits that i love and see within myself??), he has the biggest and most genuine heart i've ever seen. but i guess that's also what makes him act like a lovesick puppy sometimes.

Yes, as a Leo I agree that we love the home and a true home-maker, however, I love a challenge and I love working in the business world....I would be SO bored if I had to stay at home all the time!!! Just my opinion and Im a true Leo - roarrr!!!
