Asked to meet his kids...

So I've known this Leo man for 5 years, we've dated a couple of times for a few months but it always ended. However we've always managed to stay close friends. We just started talking again after a break up last fall and things have been good. His kids are here this week for spring break, he doesn't get to see them much because they live in another province and are in school so this visit means a lot to him. I have never met them but he asked me the other day if I'd like to meet them while they are here. No big family dinner or anything, just drop in to my part-time job one evening and introduce them. I'm not sure what to think of it. I told him I'd love to meet them and that it meant a lot to me. Knowing him the way I do I think this is a big deal for him but I'm not sure of he purpose of it. it kind of through me for a loop to say the least. Wondering if this is a good sign that we might be able to work things out and that he wants me in his life...

Would love some insights from any leos out there...

This is just me okay, other opinions will differ.

If I were you I wouldn't meet his kids unless it was a formal "this is my girlfriend Tiki" kind of meeting.

If I were you (I'm not but if I were) I'd politely decline, tell him another time when you both sort out what you're doing with one another first.
