Cannot seem to work out this Leo girl?

It's weird, we're part of the same social football team hence there is a lot of team banter that takes place between her teasing me as hard as I tease her. At the same time there is a bit of flirtations going i.e. sexual innuendo's thrown by her.

Yet off the sporting field and when the team (a very social team), catches up afterwards, we literally turn into two silent awkward individuals. If I turn up at a venue, I may acknowledge her with a smile and she reciprocates and that's it. If I'm seated somewhere, then she is most likely at the other end e.g. two benches with two friends on the other and me on one and she goes and sits with the others leaving me solo.

And yet if she has something to do or needs me in a certain way, it's a light touch on the shoulder or a hug as she asks. Then back to her distance.

Thing is, I'm pretty sure she is a lesbian hence is she acting weird because she thinks I'm interested? You know, I'm not even thinking of this side of things, I just want to figure her out and have a good friendly old fashioned chat! Yet it would make it awkward and affect the team dynamics if I were to ask.

She seems to be friendly toward you but a bit shy outside the football group. No big deal. Just break the ice.

Maybe the flirting is just her way of communicating, all the Leo's I know are naturally flirty but it never really means anything too serious.
As for not talking to you, Leo's are very social people, maybe she's just busy with other friends.
Basically, I wouldn't read in to it too much. But like the others said, if you want something to happen, go make it happen.
