help me understand this leo guy!!!!

I like this new guy in my office but the problem is that I have a bf and this guy has a gf. I am falling in luv with him although both of us are in relationship...he knows i have a bf...but he flirts with me all the time....he behaves like he likes me....compliments me on my dresses...texts me...comes to my office just to see me eventhough when he is not suppose to work...he asked me to accompany him in his frens birthday but his gf is not coming....this guy is leo...is he just friendly??am i reading too much into it—does he just wants company when his gf is not around—wat do i do—do i give him little hints that i like him or not? (I am a cancerian)
