Hey fellow leos! =) One question for all of you...

What sign has been your best match (emotionally, mentally, and yes...physically lol)?
I wanted to know what other leos considered their best matches to be?
I'm with a Taurus guy & I don't think Taurus is a good match for leo at all 😢( =*(
P.S. Any leo ladies been with a bull? If so, how was it?

Besides being a Leo Sun, what does the rest of your chart look like? It can be indicative of good matches for you.

Strongest overall match so far: Taurus Sun (Leo Moon, Gemini Venus, Cancer Mars, Aries Merc)

The first round with this guy was a bit of a disaster; ups and downs, face-hugging and disappearing, me being too emotional, him putting the 'wall' up, insecurity and lack of communication on both our parts.

However round two (after 7-9 months of NC) is going shockingly well. It's intimate, attentive, considerate, comfortable and comforting. We spoil each other in our own ways and are very generous with each other. There's a lot of respect with each other's freedom and space, although we're spending more time together. It slower, more relaxed, more in tune, and I appreciate taking the time to get to know each other better and build a deeper and more genuine bond before considering anything seriously.


I get why Taurus/Leo pairings are rare; they're certainly not for the faint of heart. I think having soft mushy cores surrounded by hard shells makes it a challenge. But taking our egos out of the equation, listening to each other and communicating openly seems to have it flowing like molten lava. Cause yeah, the passion is deep and endless o.o Like... earth-shattering LOL

I am also with a Taurus man. we are best friends but it has taken a lot of push and pull. misunderstandings happen less often as we get to know each other better. sure we have our disagreements but we can agree to disagree usually. and for our issues, we give each other the time and space we need to do our own thinking before we talk but we always talk things out. we are both strongly independent and trusting our connections was a growing process because we are used to being loners. finding our match was quite a surprise for both of us. it is easy and not easy. hard to explain. leo and taurus both like the challenges of being true to ourselves and being there for each other despite our busy lives and personal responsibilities. but i wouldn't change it. we are an unconventional couple but we are connected in ways i only imagined possible.

I know his Sun and mars are Taurus. His Moon and Venus are Cancer. DOn't know his rising but i suspect it's leo.
My SUn is Leo with Moon Taurus, mars Libra, Venus and Mercury Leo, Rising Virgo. But I am Cancer Leo cusp so I can relate to some of his Cancer traits. People close to me have said they don't get his sense of humor or the way he thinks. or the way he shows his feelings, etc. they have said if it works for me they are happy for me but they don't understand how it works. i just laugh and say we are both misfits so being different works for us.

which side you fall on.

Cancer would make sense regarding your compatibility,

But so would LEO if that is, in fact, his rising.

Well, my chart says I am the following:
sun in leo, moon in caner, rising aquarius, mercury in cancer, venus in cancer, mars in leo,
jupiter in aries, saturn in sagittarius, uranus in sagittarius, neptune in capricorn, pluto in scorpio.

I'm not sure sure what this all means. I'm just familiar with my sun & moon sign. The rest? No idea haha.
In addition, I am on a cusp cancer/leo.

Both leo & taurus have big egos. And very stubborn lol. We are fixed signs (I think it's called?).

I am a Leo girl, and of Aries, Taurus. Leo, Virgo & Capricorn, I'd have to say Leo was the easiest relationship; Virgo the most rewarding. Aries was FUN, but volatile/destructive & Capricorn just a HUGE disappointment, albeit after several years!

Yeah the first attempt went so poorly because we spoke different languages, and misunderstandings would bring our egos into the fray.

As a Leo I'm comfortable with verbal expression, I'm completely open and honest and affectionate with him and as much as he likes that, it isn't natural for him.

He speaks through actions; it's in how well and openly he listens. How he watches my every move like a hawk. How he catches body language, tone of voice, facial expressions. He knows all my expressive noises and asks about every single one. It's in how he always responds promptly to texts, always makes time for me, hasn't once disappeared for more than a day.

When I realized that's how he expressed himself, it didn't take much to learn to reciprocate. Just had to shut up, stop overthinking and really listen. It made all the difference, when he saw my efforts he automatically met me halfway. It's been smooth sailing ever since.

i have to say it's with my dearest cancer. i have been with an aqua and libra, although both tend to be the best matches for a lioness, i'm hooked on my cancer, or more like.. pinched by a crab and wouldn't mind being trapped in his claws. lol

im enthralled by the sensitivity, and how cancers appear so calm and collected on the outside and how they can act the opposite in just a minute when something isnt what they expected it to be. they can hide in their shell and sulk and i think it's kinda cute. it makes them so lovable that way.

Virgos are your perfect match.... you just don't know it yet 😉

Sagittarius was the best. It got really chaotic at times. We're both fire signs so when it's bad IT'S BADDD . But honestly helped me to become a stronger person in many aspects. Best physically too. So spontaneous and wild.

Other Leo's are fun but I got bored with them after a couple months. Virgos cool for some fun but never had nething serious with 1.

I think it has so much to do with what you actually need from a relationship. And obviously what the other elements of your chart are. I'm leo sun gemini moon and aries rising. Aries I have found are too full on for me and bring out my worse side. I get along with gems really easily, but lose myself too quickly and probs scare them away! I have actually found that what I need is a capricorn- for their grounding element and making me be more cautious with my actions. But I have been raised with capricorn mother and Taurus father so this probably explains my gravitation towards caps.

Yea I don't like arguing or confrontation but I never run from it. If there's an issue then it has to be aired out and we've got loud with each other but we always make up. That's the fun part .

I just see confrontation as friction that promotes growth. Its not an every day battle thing. And neither 1 of us holds a grudge. So when it's over it's over.

I've dated 2 scorpios-one for 5 years and the other for 2.5 years. Both were very jealous to a point that the 2nd one went through my emails, fb and even my bags behind my back. I had paper that i had ripped out and didn't throw out cause i was outside so i put it in my bag-he told me that he put the ripped pieces together to figure out what was written on it and it was some work stuff. Very bad break up with the 2nd but oh man so passionate. I LOVED HIM. I never want to feel that craziness again in a relationship.

Most recent was cancer. Very calm outside but very very insecure outside. Very affectionate and physically touchy which i loved. Drinks too much and parties too much but wants to change but too lazy to. But i love that the relationship was calm. We never fought.

I am Cancer Leo cusp July 23 so sometimes my sign will show up as cancer and then sometimes as leo, lol. but i fall in between because i feel the extremes of both. so sometimes i read both and then forget it because it's all in the mix anyway, but there are shifts from cancer to leo sometimes when one is more dominant. now that i recognize my dual nature, i appreciate my dual nature but i didn't always understand it. my main trouble can be indecision if i am not sure something is right for me. and for those who don't believe in cusp influences, well i beg to differ. my dad was a cancer and i could read him pretty well. just as well as i can read my leo grandmother. and i really feel the softer side of cancer in my chart because i use that to connect to my intuition about taurus when i am trying to understand his emotions and what he needs from me. he is cancer moon and cancer venus.

i think he is leo rising because he is uncanny in his reading of me

I'm July 23 too. But I don't resonate with cancer as much. Although I can be "milder" than other Leos I know. .. I think.

I was 7 yrs with a taurus, very challeging at first as we're both stubborn but we had alot fundamental values in comon. With communication is works well. He got too boring and started to extinguish my fire towards the end. He could also be very hurtful to my ego but overall it was good.

I keep falling hard for cancer men but i horrify them lol i love how sweet and soft they are because deep down thats a leo, we just have very strong go getter personalities that scare them away.

So id say best match is sagittarius just because it's super easy to understand each other, we have the same positive, fun loving attitude and are strong headed but dont over shadow each other.

I was happiest with a Cancer Man who had an Aries Moon. We were close for 5 years and ebbed the line back and forth between being together romantically and just being friends. Ultimately, life got in the way, and we both moved on. But I don't think I've ever laughed so hard or felt so appreciated and taken care of-- or like I wanted to take care of someone and protect them. Not sure of his other placements; I forget his birthday, but I do know those two.

i realize it all depends on how the rest of your placements match ...ive been with a leo sun with aqua moon.. never again! too cold for me.. im taurus sun with scorpio moon so you can imagine.. lol also avout being attracted to someone with your moon sun as their sun sign or vice versa, is insanely true! cause i can relate more to a gemini (never thought of gems) who has taurus moon. I wish the leo had taurus moon lol if that was even possible ... sigh
