How do you guys handle stress??

Do you take it all in and go all introverted and not talk to anyone or do you share with your partner or friend what is getting you down and allow them to help you work it out??
I do talk to friends with whom I'm really close. Otherwise, I'm quiet and introspective with others.
Well knowing how draining it can be for others, I just keep it in and work it out alone.
