Yeah, I agree.
Sounds like she's saying she doesn't have feelings for you, though she wished she did.
Then you said you would "make her" have feelings for you-- she's not buying it--so any time spent with her is at your own risk.
She isn't into shooting you down; you're making it difficult for her.
That's what I'm getting from it.
