..Anyway is it typical for Leo men to move fast in a relationship or does he feel as if I'm the exception? Am I reading too much into him giving me a key to his apt?

YES, they move fast! And they move on even faster once they feel it's time for a change.

Giving a key to the apartment is a big deal, for a Bull.
However, in my experience with Leo's they are very giving and open with their feelings and possessions.
A key today, may be a steel toed boot tomorrow.

I forgot to add his ex-girlfriend was a Taurus as well and when he describes her it sounds just like me but that relationship did not end well at all....I honestly feel as if its a pattern with us Taurus women and Leo men....
