Geez did you and I just meet the same man? I kid you not the same thing happened to me in June, albeit with a man who has been a work mate for about 3 years (though we always worked in different cities). I confessed to him I wasn't comfortable with the state of affairs, and then he came out and told me the real reason he wanted to wait to get into a relationship. It was a valid one, and he put an expiry date on it, stating we would go out in October once he had his reason closed off. It was a very respectful, direct and honest conversation, and I felt understood and listened to. That has been enough for me, and he has been amazing since. One thing though - the fact that you can't handle him talking to other people is going to be a problem, even if you are in a relationship. Leos are more social than Gemini (me) so you need to be okay with that. If you aren't, even if you two get into a relationship, it will create trouble. He will likely need space, and he wont' want both of you to accompany each other everywhere. That's based on my experience with Leos as friends and lovers though, not every Leo is the same of course.

Good decision. Now don't try to secretly seduce him into saying yes (not saying it as a bad thing, I just know how easily gemini can do this 😉). Let him make his own truly independent decision.
