Leo men, I need insight and opinion

I am Gemini, he is Leo sun and moon..
We've been seeing each other for more then two years. He is 7 years older then me.
Shortly, this is what happened:
He lost his job, he was fired on capability ground, as he failed the knowledge tests we have to take every year. We work in the same company.
He moved out of the building that we both use to live in.
I helped him write an appeal, and I found out that he got a temporary position in a different department in the same company. He didn't tell me that, I found out from a mutual friend.
Last time I've seen him, he told me he is not communicating with anybody, apart from his family.
Later on, he blocked my number and I could't reach him at all. So I bought a new number, was texting him, he was't replying. Few months later, he block that number too.
No explanation, nothing. He just cut me off.
Before he left, I could sense that he cares about me and I was convinced he loves me.
Couple of weeks ago I met him in the building where he works by chance.
His reaction surprised me a lot, I don't know him like this.
He didn't even stop when he saw me. He was infuriated, I could feel the air around him, and he didn't even show me his face but I saw he was angry.
I went after him and pleaded him to stop, and talk, but he wouldn't.
I really need to talk to him, as there are lots of things we need to resolve. And, I do love him even after this.
Could someone please give me an opinion why is he acting like this? Why he doesn't want to talk to me, runs away when he sees me and he's blocking me on his phone?
I will be very thankful for your comments.

He told you he was only dealing with family, but you persisted. He got turned off because he probably thought you were inconsiderate of his situation.

okay im gonna be completely honest here...get over it. The fact that you went out of your way to get a new number because he blocked your old one is just plain crazy. He stopped talking to you for a reason, dont go looking for him at his WORK, you knew he would be there so of course he is mad because you are following him around and you're pissing him off. What made you think he loved you? something about this story does not add up...

About a week ago, I was in the same circumstance. A Gemini had been hounding me for weeks, even though I told him clearly at the time that I was building a satisfying relationship with a Pisces. He wouldn't relent. Then, last week, he took things too far by coming to see me in a very important meeting. He didn't mind following me to this place. And then he embarrassed me by claiming we were having a lovers spat. So, I shut down and wasn't taking calls or emails. Still, he'd come to my home and ask for me.

Eventually, I called his mom to let her know I'll take drastic action, and got one of my cousin's weapons to let him know I meant business. The scare worked, but the new friendship I was building with a Scorpio has gone to dust now.

I hate violence, but, for that Gemini.... ... Grrrrrrr

And, the annoying thing is how convinced you get that someone loves you when they really don't care.

Speaking of that other Gemini stalker who sent someone here messages claiming we were an item.

Apparently, he's just a troll.

@MoonshinLeo We were talking about future and feelings, so I got the message that he cares and loves me. He told me once he get things sorted with his job, we should consider moving in together.

@037 Exactly, ,,even though you clearly told him,, . I got no response whatsoever, waiting for months for him to sort his issue, and call, whenever he is ready, but only that, I was left to wait for him. Thought it would be nice to just hear about changes of plans, if any.
