Need help understanding this Leo man

There is this guy friend I have, we joke around and what not but every time i talk about any guy that likes me or my crush he would always change the topic. Recently I brought up valentines day and my crush, n he was so upset that I brought him up. He said i was trying to make him jealous and that i make up stories about guys, he also said that i should talk to my girlfriends about guys and not to discuss my personal life with him. I don't get it, i thought we were friends, do leo men usually get upset like that? I did like him once upon a time but he never liked me back, he had made it clear that he only saw me as a friend. He thinks im making guys up and that he doesn't want to be friends with me anymore, I dont understand what I did wrong. Why is he doing this? (Im a cancerian girl)

Leo guys don't like you talking about other guys. It's about them. You're hanging with him, so why the need to talk about other guys while he's there?

This isn't the same for every leo. I've known a couple who were ok with their friends talking about guys, but there is a reason why most have friends who are girls.

You could just ask him. Maybe tease him about him liking you ;P

I had liked him before but he was the one who had rejected me had cursed me out for liking him and he made me feel so insecure about myself in the past. I had stopped talking to him, then fast forward 2 years suddenly he wants me to forgive him for being a jerk, and I forgave him but I was absolutely over him. I thought maybe he wanted to be a friend, and I treat all my friends alike all my guy and girlfriends know about my crushes. I told him i wasn't trying to make him jealous, he basically ended up fighting with me. I told him that I had no feelings for him whatsoever and that i didn't see him as anything more than a friend and he said that it be best if we weren't friends anymore 😢 and he said that he had only saw me as a friend but that i was unbelievable and that i have an "enormous ego".
