What do Leo men want?

Some chasing is fine especially in the beginning. It just can't last too long to where I feel like I'm butting my head against the wall. Timing is where he is in life, as in; just broke up/player mode/looking for something real, so yeah, it depends on that.

One I lived with for a few years was not a good partner. She became very dependent on me & lazy. Things got progressively worse to where she never got up before noon, only cared about her nails/hair, drank too much and didn't work. I bought a business with the understanding she'd go in to manage, be my eyes/ears but she never did. I'm sure this is an individual thing, not a Libran trait, just like the bad Leo stories here. Everyone can't be a great representative of their sign.
A few other Libras I've dated, things were great initially but the excitement/passion didn't last long enough to think I could be faithful forever. I don't want to make promises I can't keep or lead anyone on. After 6 mos. or so, things seemed to fade. I don't know why exactly. It's not their fault so I can't recommend changing. People should be loved for who they are. You can't fake who you are for very long and Leos are good at seeing through it.

Sweet Libra, your instincts are correct. If he was serious about you, he wouldn't have left in the first place. Ladies, always go by your instincts about a guy. Too many men are looking to just play and if you're fine with that, have fun but don't expect more.
This has been getting to me. I'm a Leo man and what I will do for a women and her children is beyond measure. I would go away to work to bring home enough money to provide for everything we all need to live happily if the local area couldn't provide it. I use hot and cold and disappearing acts to test if the woman will think of me when i'm gone, be loyal - as in wait for my return to share romance, passion and sensual pleasures, and to see if she will not be mad at me when i return.
I understand that this can come across that i do not care enough but its the exact opposite. I have started to care more than i should and i need to reassure myself that bumps in the road from temporary separation will not affect the bond being made. If the weak bond can stand this test i have no doubt that a much stronger bond will survive too. The problem of course is that i cannot tell the woman i am testing her and women live off their emotions.
I've had women go with other men to make me jealous - i simply stop interacting at all with them at this point, i've had women screaming at me for acting so 'cold', i've been slapped for having to go somewhere suddenly when things are heating up, and i've had friends of the girls pleading me to get in contact with them. I know what i do is not good yet i cannot help it. Life throws up so much crap that i am very busy and i cannot spend time heart broken. I've been there before and i almost lost everything. A leo's heart is his hidden treasure. He protects it so much you will barely know its there at all. We're immensely deep and you will not know you've hurt us because we protect as many people as we can. We lick our wounds in private so give us space when we need to bow out for a while - we will come back to you with twice as much affection this way.

We know that nothing is perfect but we believe actions in love speak louder than any words so we tire ourselves to achieve the unachievable. We will be changeable because we do not like boredom.
